Your game starts at 12:56. This was a great time! The train even gave us a jump scare. Fog was a smart choice to add to the panic of seeing headlights coming out at us. You made a game that was accessible for anyone to try and that was appreciated. Everything ran well and we had no bugs.
i really like the sky nice and grimey. got past maybe 5 rows of cars kept dying cause i have been playing itch games for 4 hours and my hands hurt is there a meter count once i find the beverage??

since this game uses unity, you could check out the unity accessibility plugin.
the game would need to work with screen readers and have enough audio cues.
maybe keyboard input could work for those not comfortable using a controller.
